Features

• Turn a hearing into a working answer. Record what you learn during a conversation as facts, and get a result straight away — as a range that narrows each time an unknown closes, rather than a number you can only produce once everything is known. The screen also tells you which remaining question moves the answer most, so you can ask that one next instead of working through a list. Built first for quoting web projects, with the estimate filled in while the meeting is still happening. Behind the experimental_assessment workspace flag.
• A minion can keep a CMS site up to date for you. Minions can now read a site’s structure, write and publish entries, and — while a site is still being wired up — build the content types themselves. The point of a headless CMS fails when the client never updates it; handing that work to a minion is the way around it.
• Minions can file a note into a project after writing it. A report a minion produced without a project no longer sits outside the project’s Notes tab with no way in.
• Boards are one click from the sidebar. You can also jump straight to another project’s board from the board header, instead of going back out to the project list each time.
• Pin notes to the top of the list for your whole workspace. Anyone on the team can pin, unpin and drag them into the order you want.
• Books imported as separate series can be merged back into one. In Media Home, every volume can also carry its author, publisher and year, looked up by title and written into the book’s own file so a rescan cannot lose them.

Improvements

• The notes list opens quickly however many notes you have. It now loads a page at a time and searches on the server, so search finds every note rather than only the ones already on screen. Workspaces past a thousand notes were previously having the rest dropped silently.
• Published notes are marked in the list. A badge shows whether a note is published or unlisted before you open it.
• Form permissions now apply to minions. A minion can no longer read anyone’s form responses unless it has been granted access, so surveys you keep private — personnel questionnaires, 1-on-1 records — stay private.
• Public pages are now offered to search engines in all four languages. Japanese, Korean and Traditional Chinese versions are submitted individually rather than being reachable only by following the English page, so they can be found in your own language.
• The last references to the old domain are gone. The documentation site publishes its sitemap under docs.minionworkspace.com, and app listings link to the new domain. The old domain still answers, so existing links and bookmarks keep working.

Fixes

• Stopping a chat on a Windows minion actually stops it. The conversation no longer resumes after a reload, and the chat box no longer gets stuck on “thinking” and refuses input.
• Deleting a CMS image now removes it from the delivery CDN. Media is served as immutable for a year, so a deleted image’s URL could stay alive at the edge for that long after the file itself was gone.
